We are located at 1047 Green Street, Conyers, GA 30012 in Old Town Conyers.  We provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities and ensure that all individuals advance towards their independence despite their disability.  We educate and advocate for the rights of each individual. Our services are based on the individual’s needs and desires and is unique to each person’s desired goals.  United Day Program strongly believes that together with family, caregivers and a good support team, each individual can dream their own dreams.
Hours of Operation are
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
